This was just an appropriate option for a passing visit in Kuta with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was incredibly accommodating, quickly fixing our AC issue within a couple of hours. Make sure to bring your own snacks, as the on-site restaurant is a bit pricey.

I had a terrible experience with the local driver. He showed up late and had no knowledge of the area, leading us to miss out on a planned tour. While the hotel replaced him after our complaint, the hassle and stress caused by this initial unprofessionalism left a sour taste in my mouth.

Had a great time overall. The staff went above and beyond when we fell ill, made us feel so cared for, like we were their family. They even brought us fruit to help settle our stomachs, little things that made a big difference.
It was a bit pricey but worth every penny for the experience we had.
